The Bean is notorious for sniffing things. (But then again, so is her father.) I swear I have never seen a child take such an interest in the smell of things. Case in point:
(we are in the grocery store...Bean is sitting in the cart and I have my back to her while I am looking at Q-tips)
Bean: (sniff, sniff)
Bean: Oh, that smells good.
B: Mommy, you have to smell how good this is.
(I turn around and she hands me a jumbo-size pack of deodorant maxi pads.)
B: (loudly) Smell it Mommy, smell it. Doesn't it smell great!
Me: Um, we usually don't go around smelling these. Let's put them back.
B: But they smell so good. What are they?
Me: Trust me, you don't need to worry about it right now.
When I told this story at work the next day, someone I work with asked me if they were "Always" brand, and she was right! But she wouldn't tell me how she knew.
Sounds like your little B isn't the only one that's been sniffing the Always!
Thanks for sharing the story, though. It made me laugh and this hasn't been a laughing sort of morning, so the laugh was much appreciated.

I suppose that should could be sniffing worse things...perhaps scented condoms or a strangers armpit just for a few ;)
Fun story...I'm a yarn sniffer, but i try to stop there!
