Pattern: Last Minute "Purled" Beret free pattern by Wendy Bernard of Knit and Tonic
Yarn: Noro Kochoran - color #10 (blue, green, grey)

Amount: 1 skein
Needles: US #7 Addi Turbos (knit on two circs)
The ironic thing about this beret is I knit it when we were on vacation in Florida back in September. It is just now getting cold enough where I need a little something to keep my ears warm. A very easy knit that is perfect for a beginner looking to try something in the round. Wendy suggests turning the beret inside out so the purl side shows. Personally, I thought my knit side looked better, so that's the side I'm going with. I knit the small because of my head circumfrance, but I wish it was a little floppier like it looks here. Of course it does not look half as fabulous on me as it does on my model. I think the large diamond earrings really "up" the fashion quota on this one.
