Of course one of the projects I recently finished is not something I can use right now. Although, I do look forward to using them this fall/winter.

I really like the fit of these socks, and how the design continues down the heel. I have a tendancy to gravitate towards toe-up sock patterns because I am always concerned about fit. This stitch pattern was nice and stretchy. These were top-down, and I got so worried I would run out of yarn. It turns out that my fears were unfounded. I probably have enough to make the Bean's Molly a scarf/hat combo. The yarn was one of the months in the Neighborhood Fiber Company Sock Club. The sock club had its ups and downs, but the yarn was worth the wait. Very nice to knit, and the color is just gorgeous. I have another skein from the Club to work through as soon as I find a pattern. There are so many socks I want to knit, it is hard to pick what should come next!
